BBQ charcoal wholesale with OEM packaging begins with an approved fuel specification—not artwork alone. KAOLA works with B2B buyers to confirm charcoal selection, dimensions, packing, labeling and shipment requirements for each order.

Choose the charcoal for the intended market
Compare Eucalyptus Binchotan, Eucalyptus Black Charcoal and Khaya Black Charcoal according to buyer application and approved samples. KAOLA also supplies Mangrove charcoal and other relevant fuel products; confirm current availability before quoting.
Technical values must be linked to the proposed product, named sample or applicable batch. A range-wide catalog number is not a guarantee for every OEM order.
Prepare an OEM packaging brief
- Product species, size distribution and acceptance criteria.
- Bag or carton material, net weight and closure.
- Retail or bulk format and master-carton requirements.
- Artwork, language, barcode and importer details where required.
- Moisture protection, pallet configuration and batch marking.
- Destination-market labeling and safety requirements.
Approve the final artwork and packing specification before production. See the paper and plastic export packaging comparison.
Approve samples and quality checks
- Send intended use, destination, quantity and packing requirements.
- Confirm product availability and a representative sample.
- Evaluate fuel performance in the intended equipment.
- Agree testing, inspection and tolerances in writing.
- Approve artwork and finished packing.
- Confirm loading plan, commercial terms and documents.
Test figures apply only to the named sample or lot. A laboratory method is not company-wide certification. Documents, availability, production scheduling and shipment arrangements are confirmed for the product, destination and order.
MSDS, laboratory reports, origin evidence or phytosanitary documentation are reviewed according to actual requirements. A certificate of origin under a trade agreement is not company-wide “AANZFTA certification.”
Plan container loading and payment
Ricky’s export experience provides planning references of approximately 9.5–10 tons of white charcoal in a 20 ft container, 13–14 tons of black charcoal in a 20 ft container and 25 tons in a 40 ft container. Final payload depends on product, packing, loading configuration, carrier limits and the order.
Payment terms are negotiable based on the customer and order. Final terms are agreed in the quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract.
White Charcoal capacity is declared at 180 MT/month; Black Charcoal supply capacity is declared at 400–500 MT/month. Allocation, production schedule and delivery depend on the confirmed order and route.
