Location: Tay Bac Dong Hoi Industrial Park, Dong Thuan Ward, Quang Tri Province, Vietnam.
Area: verified 4,261.4 m² production facility.
Infrastructure: 40 traditional kilns.
Workforce: 55 skilled workers.
White-charcoal Capacity: Declared 180 tons per month; black charcoal 400–500 tons per month. Availability confirmed per quotation.

* Available MSDS, C/O, laboratory or inspection reports are confirmed according to the product, order and destination requirements.

* For EU-bound orders, traceability and due-diligence documentation must be confirmed before order acceptance. KAOLA does not currently claim EUDR compliance. Applicable requirements and supporting evidence will be reviewed with the importer for the relevant product and shipment.

The figures below are practical loading references from KAOLA export experience. Final loading is confirmed per quotation because product density, dimensions, packaging, pallets and route weight limits can change the result.

Briquettes are highly uniform and can be stacked efficiently, while Binchotan lump charcoal requires careful manual stuffing to prevent breakage.

How to Order

RFQ & Quotation

Submit your volume, destination port and packaging requirements. The team will review the enquiry and confirm the information needed for an offer.

Contracting

Once pricing and terms are agreed upon, we sign a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) and finalize your custom packaging design.

Deposit & Production

Upon receiving the agreed deposit, we begin production and packaging preparation. The production and loading schedule is confirmed in the applicable quotation after specifications, quantity, packaging, and factory allocation are approved.

Loading & Balance

Loading, shipping documents, payment milestones and document-release conditions follow the agreed quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is typically one 20ft container (1x20' FCL). This ensures safe sea freight, prevents product breakage during transit, and provides you with the most cost-effective shipping rate per kilogram.

Can you print our brand logo on the packaging (OEM)?

Yes, we specialize in OEM private label services. We can print premium 5-layer corrugated carton boxes with your custom design. Simply provide your artwork in AI/PDF format. Please note that a one-time printing plate fee may apply for the first order.

What are your payment terms for international wholesale?

Payment terms are negotiable based on the customer and order. Final terms are agreed in the quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract.

How is the production and shipping schedule confirmed?

Production, packaging, and container-loading schedules are confirmed for each quotation based on the approved product specification, quantity, packaging requirements, and factory plan. Sea-freight transit time varies by destination country, port, vessel schedule, transshipment, and customs processing.

Do you provide all necessary export documentation?

Applicable commercial, transport, origin, safety and packaging documents are confirmed before order acceptance according to the product, destination and import requirements.
