Why Global Importers Partner With Kaola

KAOLA has export experience in Taiwan and Australia. For other destinations, including the EU, product suitability, traceability, importer requirements and shipment documents must be reviewed before order acceptance. KAOLA does not claim prior EU exports or general EUDR readiness.

Proven Export History & Capacity

KAOLA declares white-charcoal production capacity of 180 tons per month and black-charcoal capacity of 400–500 tons per month. These are capacity references, not available stock or a delivery commitment; allocation and production schedules are confirmed per quotation.

Expert Product Consultancy

Discuss the intended menu, equipment, grading and fuel requirements. Compare Khaya, Eucalyptus or Binchotan through relevant samples rather than assuming one product fits every kitchen.

End-to-End QC Management

Moisture, ash, fixed carbon, size distribution and other acceptance criteria are agreed for the specific product and order. Inspection and any laboratory testing are scoped to the buyer-approved specification, representative sample or applicable batch; no universal laboratory certification is claimed.

Reliable Supply Chain Management

Wood origin, traceability evidence, packaging and applicable export documents are reviewed for the order and destination. Production and container-loading photos can support buyer communication; final inspection, document availability and shipping schedules are confirmed in the quotation or contract.

Black Charcoal FAQ

Why choose Charcoal Kaola for Black Charcoal?
KAOLA offers Mangrove, Khaya, Longan, Coffee and Eucalyptus hardwood charcoal. Product grading, moisture, ash, heat and burn performance are agreed through the buyer-approved sample, applicable batch and contract.
How do you grade your Black Charcoal?

We grade our Black Charcoal based on lump size and wood density to ensure you receive the right product for your market's needs.

  • • Large Lumps (Restaurant Grade): Ideal for open-fire grills, steakhouses, and professional kitchens needing sustained high heat.
  • • Medium/Small Lumps: Perfect for home BBQ setups, tabletop grills, and general retail packaging.
  • • Shisha Grade: Purpose-made coconut-shell cubes or round briquettes should be evaluated for shisha; lump hardwood charcoal is not automatically interchangeable.
How should buyers evaluate sparks and ignition?
Evaluate ignition, sparks, moisture and handling with a representative sample in the intended appliance. Agree inspection scope and acceptance criteria for the applicable batch. Follow equipment instructions and appropriate ventilation; no charcoal is guaranteed spark-free or safe in an enclosed space.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Black Charcoal?
Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Black Charcoal is a 1x40ft High Cube container, which typically holds around 25 Metric Tons depending on the packaging format. For new B2B partners, we are open to discussing trial orders or mixed containers to help you test the market.
Do you offer OEM private label packaging?
Yes, we specialize in OEM and Private Label packaging. We can pack your Black Charcoal into PP Woven Bags (10kg, 15kg, 20kg) or 5-layer corrugated carton boxes with your own brand design. Our in-house design team can assist with the artwork, and a small one-time fee applies for the printing plate setup.
