Delivery Schedule & Lead Time
Our standard shipping terms for B2B are based on FOB Ho Chi Minh / Da Nang / Hai Phong Port. The typical lead time for a charcoal container is 25-45 days (including production, packaging, and sea freight). Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 1x20' FCL.
- Production & OEM Packaging: 10-15 days depending on box design.
- Transit time to Asia/Middle East: ~5-15 days.
- Transit time to US/EU: ~25-40 days.
- Export Documentation: Full set of B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, C/O, and MSDS provided upon departure.
Damaged Container Policy
What if the charcoal arrives damaged or broken? We stand by our quality and offer a clear claim process for compensation for any spoiled or crushed container goods.
- Replacement for moisture/breakage: If excessive breakage occurs despite our master carton loading, report within 7 days of arrival.
- Damage during sea freight refund: Covered under comprehensive marine insurance (if CIF terms apply).
- Report process: Contact your sales representative immediately with photographic evidence of the container seal and damaged cartons.
