Production & Delivery Schedule
The Incoterm, named port or place and shipment responsibilities are agreed for the proposed order. Production, packing, and container-loading schedules are confirmed for each quotation based on the approved product specification, quantity, packaging requirements, and factory plan. Sea-freight transit time varies by destination country, port, vessel schedule, transshipment, and customs processing. MOQ and packing: confirmed for the product and order.
- Production & OEM Packaging: Schedule confirmed per quotation after specifications, artwork, quantity, and packaging materials are approved.
- Sea Freight: Transit time is confirmed against the destination port and current vessel schedule.
- Shipping Conditions: Transshipment, port congestion, and customs processing may affect arrival time.
- Export Documentation: Commercial and applicable origin/safety documents are confirmed for the product, shipment and destination in the quotation or contract.
Damaged Container Policy
If cargo arrives damaged, notify KAOLA promptly with photos, the container seal and shipment details. Inspection, claim deadlines, responsibilities and any remedy follow the agreed contract and applicable insurance terms.
- Replacement for moisture/breakage: Report damage promptly according to the contract claim deadline; retain packaging and shipment evidence.
- Damage during sea freight refund: Coverage and claim eligibility depend on the actual insurance policy and shipment terms; no automatic refund is promised.
- Report process: Contact your sales representative immediately with photographic evidence of the container seal and damaged cartons.
