Container Loading Capacity

Maximizing container space is crucial for reducing your landed cost per kilogram. Loading capacity varies significantly depending on the product density and packaging type.

Briquettes are highly uniform and can be stacked efficiently, while Binchotan lump charcoal requires careful manual stuffing to prevent breakage.

The Process

How to Order

RFQ & Quotation

Submit your volume, destination port, and packaging requirements. We will reply within 24 hours with a formal quote.

Contracting

Once pricing and terms are agreed upon, we sign a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) and finalize your custom packaging design.

Deposit & Production

Upon receiving a 30% T/T deposit, we begin production and printing. Lead time is typically 10-14 days.

Loading & Balance

We load the container, complete customs, and provide the Draft B/L. You pay the 70% balance against the final B/L.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is typically one 20ft container (1x20' FCL). This ensures safe sea freight, prevents product breakage during transit, and provides you with the most cost-effective shipping rate per kilogram.

Can you print our brand logo on the packaging (OEM)?

Yes, we specialize in OEM private label services. We can print premium 5-layer corrugated carton boxes with your custom design. Simply provide your artwork in AI/PDF format. Please note that a one-time printing plate fee may apply for the first order.

What are your payment terms for international wholesale?

Our standard B2B terms are a 30% T/T deposit to commence production, with the remaining 70% T/T balance due against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight for large, regular contract orders.

How long is the production and shipping lead time?

Production, packaging, and container loading usually take 10-14 days after receiving your deposit. Sea freight transit time depends entirely on your destination port (e.g., 5-7 days for Asian ports, 25-40 days for the EU/US).

Do you provide all necessary export documentation?

Absolutely. We provide a full set of commercial documents to ensure smooth customs clearance. This includes the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Form D, AK, AJ, etc.), ISPM-15 for wooden pallets, and MSDS.
