Why Choose Dust Briquettes?

Pressed-charcoal enquiries should define feedstock, binder, dimensions, packing and the performance required for the intended grill.

Exceptional Value

By utilizing high-quality charcoal dust, we significantly reduce manufacturing costs, passing those savings directly to you compared to traditional lump charcoal.

Uniform Consistency

Extruded into perfect hexagons or cylinders, dust briquettes stack efficiently in grills, providing predictable, easily managed heat distribution.

Formulation by Agreement

Binder type, additives and formulation must be specified in the offer. Assess moisture, ash, ignition and smoke using the relevant sample and intended equipment.

Using Charcoal By-Products

Charcoal particles from cutting, sorting and handling may be used as feedstock for pressed briquettes. Confirm the actual raw material, binder, additives and manufacturing scope for the proposed product. This reuse does not establish a zero-waste or environmental certification.

Which is better – Binchotan Dust or Black Dust?
White- and black-charcoal dust formulations differ by raw material, binder, density and target application. Compare them using approved samples and written acceptance criteria.
What shapes are available?
Hexagon (with or without a center hole for airflow), round cylinder, and square. Custom shapes may be available upon request.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is typically 1 x 20ft container, but we can accommodate smaller orders for trial purposes based on stock availability.
Do you have lab test reports?
Available laboratory or inspection reports are confirmed for the relevant product, sample, batch, order and destination. Test-method references do not constitute universal product certification.
