From raw material to final packaging, we ensure strict quality control at every stage to produce premium Sawdust Charcoal.
1.Collection & Screening
Sawdust and shavings are collected from local sawmills (Acacia, Pine, Litchi, Longan). Impurities are removed to ensure uniform size.
2.Drying
Materials are dried to a moisture content of 8-10%, which is critical for a high-heat, smokeless burn.
3.Briquetting
Dry material is compressed under extreme pressure into solid, uniform shapes (Square or Hexagon) without chemical binders.
4.Carbonization
Briquettes are carefully stacked in anaerobic kilns and carbonized at 700-800°C for 5-7 days.
5.Cooling
The charcoal is safely extracted and naturally cooled outside the kiln for 2 days to stabilize the internal structure.
6.QC & Packaging
Rigorous quality checking before final OEM packaging into 3kg, 5kg, or 10kg 5-layer cartons with inner PE moisture-proof bags.
