From raw material to final packaging, we ensure strict quality control at every stage to produce premium Sawdust Charcoal.
1.Collection & Screening
Sawdust and shavings are collected from local sawmills (Acacia, Pine, Litchi, Longan). Impurities are removed to ensure uniform size.
2.Drying
Drying targets are defined for the material and process. Evaluate the finished briquette against the agreed moisture and application criteria.
3.Briquetting
Dry material is compressed under extreme pressure into solid, uniform shapes (Square or Hexagon) without chemical binders.
4.Carbonization
Carbonization and cooling conditions depend on the material, briquette format and production batch. Confirm the relevant process and finished sample rather than treating one temperature or duration as universal.
5.Cooling
Cooling and handling follow the relevant production and fire-safety procedures. Confirm the process for the material and batch; no fixed cooling duration is promised here.
6.QC & Packaging
Rigorous quality checking before final OEM packaging into 3kg, 5kg, or 10kg 5-layer cartons with inner PE moisture-proof bags.

Industry reference: general charcoal quality
FAO describes general charcoal moisture specifications around 5–15%, fixed-carbon content broadly around 50–95%, and ash around 3% for good-quality lump charcoal. These are general educational figures, not specifications for this species, Binchotan grade or briquette, and not KAOLA laboratory results. Do not use them as an order acceptance range.
